IT Helpdesk Specialist

Warsaw

 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to computer hardware and internal applications;
  • Preparing agents computers for work;
  • Basic configuration of servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi networks;
  • Understanding IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis mechanisms;
  • Working in accordance with standards such as ITIL, PRINCE, ISO 9000, and ISO 27000;
  • Collaboration with an international support team.
This job is for you if:
  • You are fluent in English (B2) and Polish (C1);
  • You have knowledge of computer hardware and basic configuration elements;
  • You have experience configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and MS Word and Excel functions;
  • You are familiar with server configuration and LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network maintenance.
Additional information:
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours per day);
  • Work in our new office in Warsaw;
  • Contarct of employment or contract of mandate (for students under 26).
