HR Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- HR Competence Centre Team Leading
- Monitor the work of the subordinate team to detect and manage issues that may appear during the everyday work, lead, motivate and generate engagement from the team members to achieve targets
- Performs daily operational tasks in the area of HR Admin
- Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured and updated in selected HR systems used for recording employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR systems-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt and efficient resolution to Country HR Managers
- Assist local HR departments with system navigation, self-service tools, and troubleshooting HR system-related problems
- Collaborate with Corporate HR Team to resolve system issues, participate in testing new system features and enhancements, and ensure data reliability
- In collaboration with Corporate HR Team provide training courses and create user guides relevant to HR systems to enhance employee experience and improve system usability
- Generate standard HR reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Regional HR Managers to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports and dashboards
- Business processes & robotic process automation & digitalization – support process design, procedures in cooperation with business, look for and support process improvement, optimization productivity increase, promote and identify processes for robotization, support of the digital platforms in cooperation with countries and Headquarter
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree, preferred HR, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience in HR reporting (min. 3 years)
- Team management experience (min. 1 year)
- Language skills: fluency in spoken and written English; any regional language is a plus
- Advanced knowledge MS Office, MS Excel
- Familiarity with HR systems and technology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in HR transactions and data management
- Solid understanding of HR metrics, data privacy regulations and HR best practices
- Analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate, delegate tasks and organize team work
