Customer Service Professional with Czech
Fully remote work mode from Poland
 
Your daily tasks:  
  • Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone);   
  • Meeting targets set by the client and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Whats the profile were looking for?
  • Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1-C2) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);  
  • Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;   
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
  • We offer freelance contract for students below 26 and employment contract for other employees;  
  • Working from the comfort of your own home - Poland based role;
  • Day shifts from Monday to Friday.
