Customer Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
  • Attracting new customers and developing existing ones according to the company’s strategic plan;
  • Analyzing customer needs;
  • Negotiating with customers and preparing quotations;
  • Scheduling B2B meetings with customers;
  • Establishing and recording all details of the initial sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
  • Implementation of KPIs.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company - required;
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2 level) and German or French (communicative level) - must have;
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding and transportation;
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivation and energy;
  • Results-oriented mindset.
