Compensation and Benefits Specialist

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Act as C&B contact for the EE cluster, operating as a proactive partner for HR Business Partners and managers.
  • Provide expert guidance on C&B topics for country audiences (HR, managers, employees.
  • Support implementation of new/changed C&B plans, policies and processes.
  • Support implementation of bonus plans when required, in frame of global systems.
  • Work with C&B Manager Eastern Europe on the inputs for annual budget process.
  • Support the process of annual salary review and bonuses calculation.  
  • Provide support for promotions and pay adjustments as and when required.
  • Monitor trends affecting pay and benefits, conduct analysis on personnel costs and competitiveness, providing guidances to HR and business managers where applicable.
  • Using a variety of analytical, database, and presentation software, draw conclusions, present findings, and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate and deliver eastern Europe C&B initiatives, projects and programs, ensuring alignment with global and regional C&B agenda.
  • Guide others outside of C&B job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Co-operate on daily basis with HR colleagues (HR managers, HR BPs, admins) from across Eastern Europe countries and regional office. 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Previous experience around data analysis, compensation and benefits or economics.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle stressful situations effectively.
